Sabbir brings a wealth of experience and a profound love for sourdough to the bakery. His journey began 7 years ago while living in London with Better Health. What started as a marketing project quickly transformed into a lifelong pursuit of perfecting the art of baking. Sabbir believes that the alchemy of flour, water, and wild yeast can create something extraordinary.
